HBlS Resources to increase iron ore sales to HBlS Hong Kong by value of RMB400 million-Metal Exhibit

On November 27, Hebei Province-based Chinese miner HBlS Resources Co.. Ltd announced that, due to therise in iron ore prices in the second half of the year and the addition of high-grade iron ore sales, its board ofdirectors has approved a proposal to increase the iron ore sales volume to HBlS Hong Kong by a value of RMB400 million.
After the adiustment, it is estimated that HBlS Resources'' sales of iron ore to HBlS Hong Kong will reach avalue of RMB 1.171 bilion ($0.16 bilion) in 2025, including RMB 812 milion in the january-0ctober period
HBlS Resources indirectly controls South Africa''s Palabora Mining Company (PMC) through Smart UnionResources (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., while HBlS Group is the controlling shareholder of HBlS Resources.
The iron ore supply will be shipped from South Africa to HBlS Hong Kong and then sold on to Chinesesteelmakers.
