加拿大國際貿(mào)易法庭（CITT）發(fā)布公告稱，此前根據(jù)CanimexInc.公司的申請，對原產(chǎn)于中國的碳鋼緊固件（Certain Carbon Steel Fasteners）雙反措施發(fā)起期中復(fù)審，現(xiàn)決定修改此前裁決，鋼制帶肩螺栓等特定產(chǎn)品（具體包括：shoulder bolts made of steel, grade 5, andzinc-plated, with a hexagonal head, an unthreaded cylindrical shoulder sectionranging from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch in diameter, and a threaded section that issmaller in diameter than the shoulder ranging from 3/8 inch to 7/8 inch inlength and between 10-24 and 5/8-11 in common thread sizes）將不再適用此前的貿(mào)易救濟(jì)措施，該決定自2016年5月16日生效。
本案原審調(diào)查發(fā)起于2004年4月，涉案金額約為900萬加元。2005年1月，加開始對涉案產(chǎn)品征收反傾銷稅和反補(bǔ)貼稅。2015年1月，經(jīng)日落復(fù)審，CITT決定繼續(xù)維持原貿(mào)易救濟(jì)措施。
